The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill
on page 1, line 10, by striking the title and inserting in lieu
thereof a new title, to read as follows:
"
A BILL to amend and reenact §5-16-13 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to the terms of participation in
the Public Employees Insurance Agency; prohibition of extended
coverage upon retirement based upon years of service for new
higher education employees beginning July 1, 2009.
